LifeSIGNS has been invited to lead an 'interactive discussion' entitled "Practical Issues in Supporting and Caring for Young People Who Self Harm".

I hope to tackle the subjects of: Accepting self-harm as a coping mechanism; Empowering young people; Confidentiallity; No single solution; and the need to treat the person, not the syndrome.
